Christina Witkowicki has served as a student affairs professional since 2004, working primarily with fraternities and sororities. As a woman serving as the primary campus or chapter advisor for fraternities, she became interested in gender role norms, gender dynamics, and leadership style development in college men. She received her BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, her M.Ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Salem State University, and her Ed.D in Higher Education Administration from the George Washington University. Christina worked in many areas in addition to Fraternity & Sorority Life including Residential Life and Student Activities with extensive experience in Title IX, judicial affairs, crisis response, and strategic planning.
